Independent Living:
Your monthly fee typically includes:
- Your private apartment with fully equipped kitchen
- Washer/dryer for personal laundry
- Housekeeping and flat linen laundry service
- Maintenance, utilities (except for cable and telephone) and taxes
- One or more daily meals expertly prepared and served in a restaurant-style setting
- Concierge services 24 hours a day
- Scheduled transportation to shopping, medical centers, places of worship, and other special events and places of interest
- A full calendar of social, cultural, recreational, educational and spiritual opportunities and activities, from guest speakers to art lessons, movies to fitness classes
- Full-time Program Director
- All community amenities
Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s Care:
One monthly fee covers your apartment and community amenities, as well as your personalized daily assistance level of care. Your monthly fee typically includes:
- Apartment available with kitchenette, full bath and emergency response call system
- Personalized Assistance and Service Plan tailored to the individual needs of each resident
- Housekeeping and flat linen laundry service
- Maintenance, utilities (except for cable and telephone) and taxes
- Three daily meals expertly prepared and served in a restaurant-style setting
- Concierge services 24 hours a day
- Scheduled transportation
- A full calendar of coordinated social opportunities and activities for all ability levels
- Dedicated staff; full-time Program Director in Assisted Living and also in Wellspring
- Village Alzheimer’s Care; nurse available 24 hours a day
- All community amenities
